Returns shipped without prior authorization or without the official return label supplied by Avenvex may be declined and returned to the sender.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Exchanges
At this time, Avenvex does not offer direct product exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please follow these steps:

European Union Customers – Right of Withdrawal
Customers located within the European Union have the legal right to cancel or return an order within 14 days after delivery in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.
During this withdrawal period, no explanation is required.
To qualify:
- The product must remain unused and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, labels, and tags must be intact.
- Valid proof of purchase must be provided.
This legal right applies independently of Avenvex's standard 30-day return policy.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refund processing generally takes up to 10 business days.
- Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.

Return Shipping Requirements
Returned items should only be shipped after receiving official authorization from Avenvex.
